Welcome to the Lavender Hill family! On this page you will find all of the forms that are required for all children enrolled at Lavender Hill Preschool in order to meet licensing requirements. All forms are due prior to the first day of school. Your child may not attend if forms are incomplete.

5. Payment – Ms Kai will send you an email invoice and you can pay via Venmo, Zelle, or check.
